Brantford Common (50 Market Street South) is a fully tenanted shopping plaza located in downtown Brantford, Ontario. It fronts along Market Street South, which is a four-lane arterial roadway running north-south, connecting the downtown core with Veterans Memorial Parkway. The property is occupied by provincially recognized tenants, including but not limited to Sobeys (operating as FreshCo.), LCBO, Kumon, Dollarama, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza, and The Beer Store. 75%+ of current major tenanted leasable space are on long term leases. The existing buildings on site currently have a combined gross leasable area of 94,316 square feet with space on the property to add an additional leasable square footage area. It is the intention of CPG to construct and lease the additional square feet of retail space to add to our current strong tenant profile.
