Mr. Rossetto has extensive experience in the evaluation, acquisition, and development of real estate investment. He is involved in all aspects of the development process, from the early stages of acquisition analysis, financing, development, construction, to final occupancy. His formal education in Business and Construction Engineering gave him the skills necessary to analyze market trends and locate new opportunities, creating asset value in numerous market classes. He has built a solid reputation on his strength to create mutually beneficial relationships with landowners, capital investors, development partners, city and municipal staff, consultants, and policymakers.

David is the President of First Source Mortgage Corp.. He has over 25 years of real estate, mortgage brokerage, private lending and syndication experience. David is also a past President of IMBA, now CMBA Ontario, Ontario’s premier association of Mortgage Brokers and Agents in the province.  He remains committed to helping the industry and CMBA where he remains involved in Government Relations activities such as working on the Mortgage Brokers Advisory Committee to FSCO regarding changes in legislation for syndicated mortgages and the transition of oversight from FSCO to the OSC.
